Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced that it will take part in the eighth jobs fair that will be held at Al-Raya Hall from January 13-15 as part of KFH’s efforts to recruit Kuwaiti youths.
Human Resources Department Manager at KFH Mohammed Al-Jallal said that KFH is keen to shoulder the responsibility of recruiting Kuwaiti youths in the field of banking and investments, which is evident by the extensive training courses that the bank offers, in order to open new career horizons for them. He added that KFH was the first bank to cooperate with the restructuring through initiating the new recruits program eight years ago, which played a role in the training of 1075 employees. This caused the rate of Kuwaiti employees at KFH to remain at 62% of total KFH employees. He went on to say that KFH has over 25% of female employees, where 90% of them are Kuwaitis, and stressed that KFH will continue to develop its employees through offering them over 6500 training opportunities in over 350 programs. He noted that KFH’s e-learning program that was launched 6 years ago offered employees advanced training courses.
Moreover, he mentioned that KFH’s work environment is diverse, which allows employees to gain experiences in various fields, which is an unmatched advantage. He stated that KFH cements its image as a prestigious Islamic financial institute in Kuwait and the region, which dubbed it as the Harvard of Islamic banks; especially that 90% of top management employees are Kuwaitis.
Furthermore, he explained that the development of human resources goes hand in hand with KFH policy to innovate new services and products, which prompts the bank to encourage its employees to innovate and be creative, in order to offer clients better services and products.
