View ATM Card PIN:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Cards” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the desired ATM card.
- Select “View PIN”.
- Enter the required card numbers.
- Enter KFHOnline password or use Biometric authentication.
- Read the disclaimer and press “Confirm”.
- The card’s PIN will be displayed for ten seconds.
Report ATM Card:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Cards” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the desired ATM card.
- Select “Report Card”.
- Choose the reason for reporting the card (Lost / Stolen) and press “Confirm”.
- Review the information and press “Confirm”.
- The card will be stopped.
Activate Renewed ATM Card:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Cards” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the desired ATM card.
- Select “Activate Card”.
- Enter the renewed card number.
- Enter KFHOnline password or use Biometric authentication, then press “Confirm”.
- Review the information and press “Confirm”.
- The card will be activated.
Transfer to Credit/Prepaid Card:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Cards” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the desired credit or prepaid card.
- Select “Transfer to Card”.
- Enter the desired amount.
- Choose one of the transfer options:
- From KFH account.
- From local bank – KNET.
- Enter KFHOnline password or use Biometric authentication, then press “Transfer”.
- Verify the information, then press “Confirm”.
- The amount will be transferred to the selected card.
Activate new Credit/Prepaid Card:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Cards” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the desired credit or prepaid card.
- Select “Activate Card”.
- Enter the renewed card number, expiry date, civil ID number, and KFHOnline password or Biometric authentication.
- Review the information and press “Confirm”.
- The card will be activated.
Report Credit/Prepaid Card:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Cards” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the desired credit or prepaid card.
- Select “Lost/Stolen Card”.
- Choose the reason for reporting the card (Lost / Stolen) and press “Confirm”.
- Review the information and press Confirm.

Local and International Banks Transfers:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Transfers” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose “Transfers”.
- Select one of the options: “Local” or “International”.
- Choose the desired beneficiary.
- Select the debit account to transfer from.
- Choose the reason for the transfer.
- Enter the amount.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Enter KFHOnline password or use Biometric authentication, then press “Transfer”.
- Review the information and press “Confirm”.
- The transfer will be processed within the banks working hours.
Status of Local and International Transfers:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Transfers” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose “Other Banks Transfers Status”.
- The status and details of your local and international transfers will be displayed.
- You can search for any transfer made through KFHOnline app by date or transfer reference number.
Transfer to Child KFH Trade account:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select the desired child from the bottom of the home page.
- Click the green icon at the bottom of the page.
- Under Transfers menu, select Transfer to KFH Trade.
- Choose the debit account, enter the desired amount, and press “Submit”.
- Enter KFHOnline password or use Biometric authentication, then press “Transfer”.
- Review the information and press “Confirm”.
- The transfer will be executed, and amount will be credited to child KFH trade account instantly.
Transfer from Prepaid Card to Account:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Cards” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the desired prepaid card.
- Select “Transfer from Card”.
- Choose the account to transfer to.
- Enter the desired amount or select “Full Balance”.
- Enter KFHOnline password or use Biometric authentication, then press “Transfer”.
- Review the information and press “Confirm”.
- The amount will be transferred to the account instantly.
Request Money via KFH Pay:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Transfers” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose KFH Pay, then select “Request Money”.
- Enter the required details, read and accept terms and conditions, then press “Confirm”.
- Enter KFHOnline password or use Biometric authentication, then press “Request”.
- Review the information and press “Confirm”.
- The request will be submitted, and a payment link will be generated—you can share it with the recipient to accept the request.
- The payer can pay the amount via KFHOnline app or KNET.
- If the payer chooses KFHOnline, they will:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select the debit account.
- Enter the activation code OTP received via SMS, then press “Pay”.
- The amount will be transferred to the requester instantly.
- If the payer chooses KNET, they will:
- Enter the required details and press “Submit”.
- Review the information and press “Confirm”.
- The amount will be transferred to the requester instantly.
Send Money via KFH Pay:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Transfers” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose KFH Pay, then select “Send Money”.
- Enter the required details, read and accept to the terms and conditions, then press “Send”.
- Confirm your mobile number, then press Send to receive the activation code OTP via SMS.
- Enter the activation code OTP received via SMS, then press “Continue”.
- The request will be submitted and a link will be generated—you can share it with the recipient to accept the money transfer.
- The recipient can receive the amount via KFHOnline or KNET.
- If the recipient chooses KFHOnline, they will:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select the credit account to deposit the amount into.
- Review the information and press “Confirm”.
- The amount will be credited into their account instantly.
- If the recipient chooses KNET, they will:
- Enter the required details and complete the transaction.
- The amount will be credited into account instantly.
- The customer can track previous transactions, and has the option to cancel or re-share the link via “Transactions History”.
Internal Transfer Between own customer Accounts:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Transfers” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose “Transfers” then “Own”.
- Select the debit account and the credit account.
- Enter the desired amount, then press “Transfer”.
- Amount will be credited to the selected account instantly.
Transfer to KFH Beneficiaries:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Transfers” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose “Transfers”, then select “KFH”.
- Select the desired beneficiary.
- Choose the debit account.
- Enter the desired amount.
- Select reason of transfer.
- Enter KFHOnline password or use Biometric authentication, then press “Transfer”.
- Review the information and press “Confirm”.
- The transfer will be executed instantly.
Instant Transfer to Kuwait Turk Accounts:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Transfers” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose “Transfers”, then select “Instant Transfer to Kuwait Turk”.
- Select the debit account.
- Choose the desired beneficiary.
- Enter the amount to be transferred.
- Select the reason for the transfer.
- Enter KFHOnline password or use Biometric authentication, then press “Transfer”.
- The transfer will be executed instantly.
Getting IBAN Number:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select the desired account.
- Tap “View IBAN” at the top of the page.
- The IBAN will be displayed, and you can copy or share it.
Transfer via Western Union:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Select “Transfers” from the services menu at the bottom of the page.
- Choose “Western Union”.
- If the beneficiary is not already added, tap “Add Western Union Beneficiary”.
- Enter the required details, read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy, then click “Add”.
- Review the information and click “Confirm”.
- Click “Send Code” to receive the activation code OTP.
- Enter the activation code OTP sent to your mobile, then click “Continue”.
- To send money via Western Union click “Send Money”.
- Review the service instructions, then click “Proceed”.
- Enter the required details, read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy, then click “Send Money”.
- Review the information and click “Confirm”.
- Enter KFHOnline password or Biometric authentication, then click “Continue”.
- The transfer will be completed, and you can share the MTCN number with the beneficiary to collect the funds from any Western Union agent.
Update Personal Information:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right corner of the home page.
- Select “Update Information”.
- After reviewing the service terms, tap “Next”.
- Tap the screen to scan your Civil ID then tap “Next”.
- Enter all required details then read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Verify the information, then tap “Submit”.
- An activation code OTP will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone.
- Enter the activation code OTP and tap “Confirm”.
- Your request will be reviewed, and you’ll be notified via the KFHOnline app email whether it’s approved or rejected.
Update Civil ID via Kuwait Mobile ID through KFHOnline:
- Log in to KFHOnline app.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right corner of the home page.
- Select “Update Civil ID”.
- Read the instructions, then tap “Submit Request”.
- To approve the request, tap Open Kuwait Mobile ID App.
- In Kuwait Mobile ID app, tap “Authenticate” to approve the request, then return to KFHOnline to complete the update process.
- Review the information and tap “Confirm”.
- Your Civil ID will be updated.
New users sign up to KFHOnline:
1. Download KFHOnline App.
2. Select "New User".
3. Enter the required details:
- Civil ID number (12 digits).
- Account number (14 digits).
- ATM Card PIN Code (4 digits).
4. Read and accept the service terms and conditions, then click "Next".
5. Create new username.
6. Create and confirm password.
7. The username will be created, and you will be directed to the login page.
8. Select an image.
9. Provide a description for the image, then click "Next".
10. Choose answers to the security questions, then click "Confirm".
11. Enter KFHOnline password to log in.
12. Review the registered mobile phone to receive activation code OTP via SMS then click “Send”.
13. Enter the received activation code OTP to authorize your device.
14. You will be logged into the application.
Opening new account in Kuwaiti Dinar or foreign currency:
1. Login to KFHOnline app.
2. Tap the "+" sign next to your account on the home page.
3. Choose "Open new account".
4. Select the debit account.
5. Choose the desired account type (Kuwaiti Dinar/Foreign Currency).
6. Enter the required amount.
7. Read and accept the terms and conditions, then tap "Confirm".
9. Review the transaction details, then tap "Confirm".
10. The new account will be opened.
Activate dormant account:
1. Login to KFHOnline app.
2. Select "View All" accounts from the home page.
3. Select the dormant account then click “Activate Now”.
4. Read and accept the terms and conditions then click “Activate”.
5. A verification code OTP will be sent via SMS.
6. Enter the received activation code OTP.
7. The dormant account will be activated instantly.
