What is online finance request service?

Online finance request is a service to apply for finance through KFH Online , without the need to visit any of KFH branches.

Who can apply for the online finance request?

All KFH clients subscribed to KFH Online service.

I am not subscribed to KFH Online can I apply for finance?

Yes , you can by subscribing to KFH Online first then apply for finance request.

How I will know what is the status of my request?

Through SMS , direct communication (phone calls) and KFH Online.

Can I apply for more than one finance request?

No , service will be active for one finance request only, once the finance request is closed then client can apply for new finance request.

Will my finance request be binding for me once applied?

No, KFH shall accept or reject the request and process it based on KFH internal rules , regulations and policies.
