• A minimum balance of KD 100 or more is required.
• The minimum balance will be reserved and can only be withdrawn when the account is closed.
• Minimum period to hold a balance to be eligible for a draw is 15 days.
• You get a maximum of 30,000 thousand chances in a draw.
• Draws are held every Wednesday at Kuwait Finance House  in Kuwait based on a draw schedule. In an event of an official holidays, rescheduled draw date will be announced.
• The cash prize amount will be deposited into the Client’s account within two weeks of announcing the winners.
• When the balance is held for 15 days before the draw date, you get one chance for every KD 50.
• When the balance is held for 90 days before the draw date, you get two chances for every KD 50.
• When the balance is held for 180 days before the draw date, you get three chances for every KD 50.
• There will be no weekly draws during the week that coincides with a Monthly Draw or Quarterly Draw.
• There will be no Monthly draw during the month that coincides with a Quarterly Draw.
• All prizes will only be credited to the Client’s account maintained with the Bank.
• Prize draws on Al Hassad accounts will take place according to the prize schedule and are subject to eligibility requirements as announced by the Bank from time to time. The Bank reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, the frequency of draws (including eligibility criteria), prizes and the prize structure and the inclusion of the Bank’s affiliates and subsidiaries in the prize draws, at its absolute discretion any time with prior notice to Clients through any means of communication as decided appropriate by the Bank.
• The Bank reserves the right to use winners’ name in all current/future promotional, advertising campaigns and/or marketing material.
• Draws shall be held under the supervision of representatives of the Ministry of Commerce.
• All accounts of staff belonging to KFH Kuwait and its affiliates, and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouse, children, grandparents and grandchildren) will be excluded from the prize draws and will not be allowed to receive any of the prizes.
• Clients’ funds in AI-Hassad Saving Investment Account shall be invested in full on the basis of Wakala investment.
• Profit is calculated on the basis of the average balance of funds invested for the period and distributed every fiscal year.
• Prizes granted under AI-Hassad Prize Program are from the Bank funds and not from depositors’ funds.
• The Bank Fatwa and Shari’ah board has approved the prizes program for the investment accounts.
• The investment is made on the basis of Wakala contract, the whole balance shall be invested at a profit rate of (0.1%).

Weekly Draw:
10 winners weekly.
The prize amount is KD 1,000 for each winner (total KD 10,000).

Monthly Draw:
1 winner per month.
The prize amount is KD 100,000.

Quarterly Draw:
1 winner per draw.
The prize amount is KD 250,000.
