Terms and Conditions:

•  Minimum period to hold a balance to be eligible for a draw is 15 days.
•  You get a maximum of 30,000 thousand chances in a draw.
• There will be no weekly draws during the week that coincides with a Monthly Draw or Quarterly Draw.
• There will be no Monthly draw during the month that coincides with a Quarterly Draw.
•  Prize draws on Al Hassad accounts will take place according to the prize schedule and are subject to eligibility requirements as announced by the Bank from time to time.
• The Bank reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, the frequency of draws (including eligibility criteria), prizes and the prize structure and the inclusion of the Bank’s affiliates and subsidiaries in the prize draws, at its absolute discretion any time with prior notice to Clients through any means of communication as decided appropriate by the Bank.
• The Bank reserves the right to use winners’ name in all current/future promotional, advertising campaigns and/or marketing material.
• Draws shall be held under the supervision of representatives of the Ministry of Commerce.
• All accounts of staff belonging to KFH Kuwait and its affiliates, and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouse, children, grandparents and grandchildren) will be excluded from the prize draws and will not be allowed to receive any of the prizes.
