Kuwait Finance House (KFH) held a meeting with suppliers specialized in furniture, kitchens and electrical appliances in the retail market. 50 suppliers attended the meeting that was arranged as part as KFH efforts to cement its relationships with the merchants.
Financing Services Department Manager Talal Al-Heneidi stated that KFH seeks to target new client segments next year through promotions, and asserted that KFH will continue to support the sales of merchants in the retail field. He added that during the meeting, the attendees discussed the status of the local market; especially in the fields of furniture, electrical appliances, and kitchens. He went on to say that recommendations were made to allow KFH to support the suppliers, since KFH is one of the most prominent market players.
Moreover, Al-Heneidi said that KFH demonstrated the accomplishments made in the fields of sales and marketing for financing the purchase of furniture, electrical appliances and kitchens in 2012, in addition to the plan for 2013. Such efforts further strengthen the existing partnership between suppliers and KFH, and allow clients to purchase any products through that service. He stressed that KFH is keen to meet the suppliers of various products to discuss means of reinforcing cooperation between the two parties, which will lead to attracting new clients and boosting the national economy.
Meanwhile, the suppliers applauded KFH for its efforts, such as holding promotions throughout the year, and praised the Shariah courses that KFH had given for employees of companies working in the market. Those courses served to improve the merchants’ sales skills. KFH honored nine suppliers on the sideline of the meeting.
It is worth noting that KFH is eager to listen to suggestions made by merchants and suppliers to improve the level of services offered to the clients, boost sales, and strengthen the national economy.
