- It is a commercial finance for individuals, granted against financial guarantee for the whole debt amount, collateral is against fixed deposit. This product covers the commercial needs of individual clients, where the maximum financing limit is set to the value of the deposit.
- This product is available to customers who hold a investment deposite with KFH and wish to obtain financing secured against Collaterals.
- This product is presented for clients willing to launch private projects like: Real estates, clinics, architectural/ contractor firms, law firms, crafts shops, ranching, farming, health clubs, hair dressing saloons…etc.
- This product is availible at all KFH branches and service centers.
- Monthly installment.
- Quarterly, semiannual, and annual payments.
- Up to 120 months.
- Client's civil ID.
- Deposit must be under the client's name.
- Deposit must cover 105% of the full financing amount including costs and profits.
- No maximum limit for client's financing amount.
- Debt cannot be deducted from client's salary account.
- Salary is not considered as income for the client and will be totally disregarded.
- Mutual accounts are not acceptable.
