The service aims to strengthen communication bound between the Group and its customers beyond borders. Customers can simply call the contact center in Kuwait to be transferred to the selected international branches instantly and for free. This service enhances both customer experience and direct interaction between Group subsidiaries and their customers.

 The new service is accessible for KFH customers and non- customers, whether to complete transactions via interactive voice response or to know more about the Bank’s services and products, by contacting the 24/7 contact center.
