In line with its commitment to providing a range of the best financing solutions that cater to customers’ design and construction demands, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) is participating as a main sponsor of the Baytak Exhibition – Building and Design from A to Z.
Running from 6 to 11 October, the exhibition is Kuwait's largest event for construction and building held at the Kuwait International Fair (KIF) in halls 5 and 6. It features participation from different local entities and representatives of renowned global companies and brands in the industry.
Executive Manager Personal Finance Products at KFH, Abdulaziz Alsaeed, said that the financing products offered by the Bank are distinctive and diverse. They include the housing financing product, covering property purchase, construction, and renovation, with a financing of up to KD 70,000 and a credit period of up to 15 years. In addition, KFH provides its customers with several benefits, including a deferred first installment for 12 months from the date of financing. These benefits help facilitate and ease the financial burden on customers.
He added that KFH has partnered with leading local suppliers to offer special promotions covering the latest and best equipment in the construction field. KFH also provides offers and discounts to attract investors and interested individuals, capitalizing on the growth in the real estate and construction sector currently witnessed in the country.
Alsaeed further emphasized that the financing solutions offered by KFH are various including the financing against cash collaterals. It is determined by the blocked value of the deposit amount in the customer's account, allowing the customer to continue earning profits on the deposit. Customers can conveniently submit their financing applications through KFHOnline.
He also noted that KFH provides financing against gold account collateral, the first of its kind in Kuwait. “This product enables customers to obtain financing secured by the value of gold bullions available in their gold account,” explained Alsaeed, “This allows customers to benefit from the value of their gold without selling it, making this financing product one of the most innovative solutions designed to enhance the customer experience and meet their needs.”
Alsaeed pointed out that KFH offers a deferred installment service (KFH Pass), enabling customers to postpone one installment each year. This feature provides customers with the flexibility to select which month to skip payment annually during the financing period, in line with their personal financial needs.
A dedicated booth staffed by a specialized team was present in the exhibition. The team addressed all inquiries from customers and visitors. They also showcased KFH’s financing products and solutions that cover building requirements at all stages of construction.
KFH’s participation in the exhibition as a strategic partner underscores its leading economic role in financing construction projects and supporting the urban development movement that contributes to national development and drives economic growth. It also reflects the Bank’s pioneering contribution to supporting and ensuring the success of events, activities, and exhibitions that discuss and highlight key issues and achievements closely linked to Kuwait’s economic landscape, particularly those related to vital sectors such as industry, construction, and building.
Baytak exhibition represents an opportunity for direct engagement with customers, as KFH showcases its financing services alongside participating companies, while strengthening partnerships and coordination with suppliers and merchants to meet all customer needs.
