Kuwait Finance House (KFH) celebrated (Gergean) with kids at Naif Palace. This comes as part of KFH’s Ramadan program “Increase Good Deeds in Ramadan” that affirms the pioneering role of the bank in the social responsibility, while contributing to strengthening the social ties.
KFH voluntary team distributed Gergean confectionary and gifts to the children amidst friendly and passionate Ramadan atmospheres.
KFH Gergean events covered different location including Avenues mall, Winter wonderland, and Naif Palace.
Gergean is considered as an important occasion for children to enjoy. It is a folkloric event associated with the holy month of Ramadan and it contributes to spreading joy and love among children.
“Increase Good Deeds in Ramadan” program focuses on different society initiatives and consists of Iftar meals campaign, sports and youth activities, Quran competitions, daily interactions with the audience through contests and prizes, as well as Gergean events. It also contains videos on health awareness in collaboration with nutritionists and doctors, as well as videos on traffic awareness in cooperation the Ministry of Interior.
Further, KFH program includes providing hospitality service in mosques and Iftar meals for entities working during Iftar time, in addition to distributing Ramadan Basket and Eid clothing to families in need in collaboration with Kuwait Red Crescent Society, affirming KFH’s leadership in social responsibility and its active role in community affairs.
