Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has celebrated its distinguished employees for the second quarter of 2023 as part of Qadha program. The honoring ceremony was held in the presence of the Acting Group CEO, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood, KFH Kuwait CEO, Khaled Yousef AlShamlan, executive management and a number of officials.

Periodically, KFH organizes a ceremony to recognize and motivate outstanding employees for their exceptional performance, to show appreciation and reward them for their efforts. It also aims to create a competitive environment and encourage employees to attain superior accomplishments and maintain KFH's leading position in Islamic banking worldwide.

Expressing KFH's pride in the employees, Acting Group CEO Abdulwahab Al Rushood, said in his speech during the ceremony: “We are proud of you and your efforts, which resulted in achieving the highest-ever quarterly profit in KFH`s history of KD 333.4 million for the first half of 2023”.

"In addition to these strong results and record profits, KFH has become the largest bank in Kuwait in terms of assets and market capitalization. And the largest company listed on Boursa Kuwait. Thank you and all of KFH family members for your efforts.” he added.

Al Rushood expressed his confidence that the excellence of employees will continue, and that they will further excel in diverse areas as they are capable of fulfilling their responsibilities towards customers.

Meanwhile, KFH Kuwait CEO, Khaled Yousef AlShamlan praised the efforts of KFH's employees during the first half of this year, which resulted in historic profits.

AlShamlan stressed that the Executive Management is keen to honor and encourage employees throughout the year in appreciation of their tireless efforts, which are the core of success by the grace of Allah.

He added that KFH is proud of its employees and invests strongly in them to maintain its position as the largest bank in Kuwait and the second largest Islamic bank in the world.

It is worth mentioning that KFH received the Gold Award from Brandon Hall Group in 2023 for Qadha program as the best employee recognition program in the world.
