KFH honors 10 employees after passing the Trainers Qualification Courses and Exams. Having passed the qualification programs and courses as accredited trainers, said employees are now qualified to train their colleagues efficiently. This process aims to fulfill KFH needs for highly experienced and specialized trainers having more understanding and perception of work environment, activities and having closer relations with their colleagues.
This step aims to support KFH learning and development strategy where “Knowledge Management” is concerned. The strategy can be summarized in three significant steps i.e. document and update information, transfer knowledge, continue development of talents and encourage their participation in the development process.
Present at the honoring ceremony were GM – Strategic & Corporate Affairs Mr. Fahad Al-Mukhaizeem and GM – Human Resources & General Services, Mr. Ziad Al-Omar. Each of them delivered a speech appreciating therein the honored employees’ efforts to qualify as trainers. KFH has endeavored to train its employees and aims to benefit from the expertise and efficiencies of these qualified persons. Honored employees have maintained a distinct and long service records which has granted them more experience and knowledge about work environment, procedures, regulations and details. These honored internal trainers have the advantage of being closer to their colleagues thus having more power to impact and persuade trainees.
Trainers shall, in their turn, specialize in the following fields: banking and finance products – call center services – business continuity – customer service – strategic and performance evaluation – project management – financial analysis, credit and accounting – sale skills.
KFH is keen on assigning part of its annual training plan to a selected group of highly experienced and efficient employees having high level abilities of communication and persuasion and fully aware of work details, procedures and regulations. Based on the need of work, employees are qualified to train their colleagues in various fields of work. This process has proved to be a great success in the preceding years. Several successful and significant training sessions were held. Training courses were characterized for the close relation between trainers and trainees, preservation of work privacy and accurate details, thus giving the training process a significant and high level value.
Honored employees have expressed their gratitude and appreciation to KFH for focusing on training programs at all levels. They expressed their willingness to endeavor to serve their colleagues and transfer their practical experience to them so that this would be an encouragement factor for them to serve KFH and its customers in various fields and at different levels.
