Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced that its ladies branches increased to 47 branches as of end of 2014. This increase comes in line with KFH’s strategy to be closer to clients and cater for their needs and requirements as per the international standards of excellence and service quality.
It’s worth noting that among the 47 branches, KFH has 3 branches as financing centers to finance clients who wish to purchase cars. These centers are in Dajeej, Ahmadi and Shuwaikh. KFH branches are distinguished by the competence in performance and outstanding service for clients to allow them optimally complete their transactions in an atmosphere characterized by full privacy and comfort. KFH eyes to expand its branches dedicated to serving women in an attempt to meet the increasing client base and market share.
Moreover, KFH has previously inaugurated, for the first time in Kuwait, a new call center dedicated to serving women while adhering to the highest standards of customer service. This step is an added value to KFH’s clients as it underlines the importance of focusing on their aspirations and struggling to address their needs and requirements by offering high-end services. The call center receives around 30% of total clients’ calls as part of KFH efforts to serve this significant segment of clients and grant it further benefits.
