Kuwait Finance House (KFH) organized a ceremony to honor 60 distinguished employees who work at the Banking and Commercial Sectors, and the Call Center, during the first half of this year, for their high performance and adherence to offering high quality services.
The AGM for Banking Sector Mohammed Al-Fozan stated in his speech during the ceremony that was attended by AGM for Commercial Sector Ahmed Al-Khaled and the Call Center Manager Meshaal Al-Obaid, that this honoring comes as an appreciation to those employees who offered the best service possible for KFH clients, which resulted in increasing KFH’s market share and the demand on its products and services, not to mention the numerous awards that KFH has garnered from various prestigious organizations and authorities. He added that KFH’s image is drastically improving among clients and the global markets, and that careful planning will lead to a strategic shift in methods of work and offering clients better services, since KFH plans to increase its operational fields and spark creativity among its employees.
Meanwhile, Ahmed Al-Khaled said that quality of service is considered to be the most prominent challenge in the coming period because of fierce competition. He wished all the employees more progress and success, and thanked them for their efforts.
