· A commercial financing solution offered to individuals against the collateral of their Gold Account, calculated based on total indebtedness.
· Gold bars owned by the customer and deposited in their Gold Account with Kuwait Finance House (KFH) are pledged as collateral as of the financing date.
· This product provides investment and commercial financing for individual customers.
· The financing limit (principal + profit) is set at up to 60% of the gold’s market value.
This product is available to customers who hold a Turkish or Swiss Gold Account with KFH and wish to obtain financing secured against their gold holdings.
- This product is availible at all KFH branches and service centers.
- Monthly installment.
- Quarterly, semiannual, and annual payments.
- Up to 12 months.
- A valid Civil ID.
· The customer must hold a Turkish or Swiss Gold Account with KFH.
· Minimum financing amount: KD 1,000.
· The net debt value (principal + profit – down payment) must not exceed 60% of the gold’s value.
· Salary transfer to KFH is not required.
· No fees apply.
· Financing is subject to prior approval based on credit assessment.
