Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched ONE VISION, a leadership development initiative designed to invest in national talent and prepare the next generation of leaders across the Group. The program brings together 75 high-potential employees and senior leaders in a structured six-month journey focused on learning, knowledge sharing, professional growth, and leadership development.
Speaking at the launch event, KFH Acting Group Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer, Ahmad Alhammad, emphasized the strategic importance of investing in people and strengthening leadership capabilities across the organization.
“Today, we bring together 75 talented colleagues and senior leaders to embark on a six-month journey of learning, connection, and growth,” Alhammad said. “ONE VISION reflects KFH’s commitment to developing its talent and preparing future leaders capable of driving sustainable success and supporting the Group’s strategic ambitions.”
Alhammad highlighted that the program is distinguished by its reverse mentorship approach, which promotes a two-way learning experience between senior leaders and high-potential employees.
“What makes this program unique is its focus on reverse mentorship, where learning is mutual,” he said. “Our leaders will share their experience and insights, while talented employees will contribute fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and new ways of thinking. This exchange creates valuable opportunities for growth and strengthens collaboration across different levels of the organization.”
As part of the program, mentors and mentees will participate in six structured sessions over the next six months. These sessions are designed to strengthen professional relationships, encourage knowledge transfer, support leadership development, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Alhammad noted that ONE VISION has been developed to achieve several key objectives, including strengthening leadership capabilities among high-potential talent, building stronger connections between future leaders and senior leadership, encouraging collaboration and innovation, promoting cross-functional engagement, and enhancing readiness for future leadership opportunities.
He expressed his appreciation to the participating mentors for their commitment to developing future leaders and sharing their expertise and professional experiences.
Alhammad congratulated the mentees on being selected for the program and encouraged them to embrace the opportunity with curiosity, openness, and a commitment to continuous learning. He noted that the relationships they build and the insights they gain throughout the journey will play a valuable role in their professional and leadership development.
Alhammad reaffirmed KFH’s belief that people are its most valuable asset and stressed the bank’s commitment to creating meaningful development opportunities that support long-term organizational success.
He concluded by encouraging all participants to fully embrace the experience and contribute to making ONE VISION a successful platform for collaboration, development, and shared achievement.
