Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched a new service enabling customers to open a bank account in Germany via the KT Bank AG app. This move reflects the bank's commitment to advancing digital product offerings, maximizing value for customers across its Group network, and expanding engagement with a broader client base.
Commenting on the initiative, KFH Deputy General Manager Products, Nehal Al-Musallam revealed that the new service enables customers to access all banking services provided by KT Bank AG entirely through the bank’s app. "Users can begin banking immediately following a fully digital account opening and activation process, eliminating the need to travel to Germany or visit any of the three KFH Group Service Centers in Mishref, Al-Khalidiya, or Al-Qairawan. This saves customers time and effort while delivering a seamless, hassle-free, and fee-free digital experience," she said.
Al-Musallam added that the new service opens vast new horizons for varied financial solutions in one of Europe’s most prominent financial markets. After opening an account, customers can benefit from fee-free transfers across Europe and request a debit card directly through the app, alongside a diverse range of other distinguished banking and investment services provided by KT Bank AG.
She noted that this service aligns with KFH Group’s strategy to drive integration across its subsidiaries and reinforce a unified vision, offering customers a more seamless and flexible banking experience. It also builds on the Group's expansion by delivering premium services in collaboration with KFH-Turkey, KFH-Egypt, and KT Bank AG.
Service Centers
It is worth noting that KFH recently opened three Group Service Centers at its Mishref, Al-Khaldiya, and Al-Qairawan branches. Serving both KT Bank AG and KFH-Egypt customers, these centers advance KFH’s goal of integrating its group units to deliver seamless banking services within Kuwait.
