Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has concluded the third, upgraded edition of KFH Academy, which offered a comprehensive training experience combining theoretical knowledge and practical application. The program provided a professional model for qualifying Kuwaiti youth within a leading banking environment across diverse tracks, including Public Relations and Media, Digital Transformation and Innovation, and Business Administration.
Over three weeks, 28 participants created a final project summarizing and reflecting on their experience. Each track presented its project at the program's closing and recognition ceremony in the presence of several KFH leaders.
This edition builds on last year's successful second edition of KFH Academy by expanding training and adding tracks for a broader group of university students and recent graduates across various disciplines, reflecting KFH's commitment to empowering young national talent.
