KFH is expanding the presence of its smart branches across Kuwait. Customers can currently access them at The Avenues; the co-operative societies in Ishbiliya, Jabriya, Mangaf, Sabah Al-Ahmad, Al-Salam, and Abu Fatira; Shuwaikh KFH Auto Showroom; Al-Khiran Mall; and Abdullah Al-Salem. Given the strong response and accessibility, KFH plans to increase the number of smart branches so that customers in more areas of Kuwait can benefit from them.

The bank is also strengthening its wider service network through the KFHOnline app, social media, robotics, and artificial intelligence, alongside other digital alternatives to traditional channels.

At its strategically located smart branches, customers enjoy fast, secure, and seamless access to a full suite of interactive self-service solutions. They can arrange Murabaha financing, apply for or instantly reprint credit and prepaid cards, and issue debit cards on the spot. The branches also support card-based and cardless cash withdrawals, cash deposits, and cheque deposits using a mobile number, Civil ID, or QR code.

Customers can check balances, view account statement summaries, make internal and local transfers, and request and print chequebooks immediately. They can open accounts and deposits, change or reset PINs, donate to charity, transfer funds to credit cards, and activate bank cards. Personal details, KYC information, and Civil ID expiry dates can be updated on site using a physical Civil ID or the Kuwait Mobile ID app.

Dedicated gold services are also available, including opening gold accounts, buying and selling gold, viewing statements, and receiving 10-gram gold bars. Customers can open savings accounts as well as Al-Hassad, Al-Rabeh, and Electron accounts, together with a broad range of banking and financing solutions designed to raise the quality of the customer experience through advanced digital channels.

Reaffirming its leadership in digital innovation, KFH has completed a comprehensive upgrade of its ATM network and the KFHOnline app, which now provides access to more than 200 banking services.

E-banking features include instant issuance of virtual prepaid cards; viewing PINs and details for credit and debit cards; and opening additional accounts in Kuwaiti dinars, GCC currencies, and other foreign currencies without visiting a branch. Customers can activate new cards, temporarily suspend cards, adjust usage limits, and customize card designs. They can also update phone numbers, set up term deposits, pay telecom bills, add beneficiaries, check balances, and request chequebooks. Further services include opening gold accounts, executing gold trading and gifting transactions, applying for financing, tracking financial obligations and instalment schedules, viewing investment plans, obtaining account and deposit summaries, and managing children’s accounts, among many other electronic services.
