Kuwait Finance House Group (KFH Group) has announced a USD 13 million contribution to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund, a national initiative launched by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED). Additionally, the Group requested providing USD 6 million to repair damaged power stations, reinforcing its commitment to national and social responsibility, enhancing the country`s readiness, and safeguarding vital infrastructure.
Chairman of KFH, Hamad Abdulmohsen Al-Marzouq said that supporting strategic national initiatives is integral to KFH`s corporate mission and developmental role. He noted that KFH`s continuous contributions to initiatives promoting sustainable development, security, and stability are guided by core values of responsibility, community partnership, and its pioneering national role.

Strategic contributions
KFH possesses a distinguished track record in supporting national and community initiatives, with key contributions including:
- Contributing KD 15 million to construct and equip the Cardiac Diseases and Research Center at Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital.
- Constructing the Addiction Treatment Hospital and opening its tenth ward, at a total cost of KD 4.5 million.
- Contributing KD 8 million for the reconstruction of the area damaged by the fire in Al-Mubarakiya.
- Contributing KD 20 million to construct 15 ambulance centers to support the healthcare system.
- Launching a strategic initiative in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice to relieve defaulting debtors, where the Bank has contributed over KD 61 million since 2019.
- KFH also participated with a major share of KD 10 million Covid-19 Government Relief Fund, alongside an additional standalone contribution.
