Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has opened a new Group Service Center at its Al-Qairawan branch, dedicated to serving KFH Turkey and KFH Egypt customers. This move is Iine with the bank's strategy to drive integration across Group subsidiaries and reinforce its unified vision, offering customers a seamless and more convenient banking experience.
KFH Deputy General Manager of Products, Nehal Al-Musallam said the opening aligns with bank`s efforts to integrate Group subsidiaries and provide advanced banking services in Kuwait. She noted that Al-Qairawan is the third dedicated service center, joining Khaldiya and Mishref branches.
Al-Musallam explained that the Group Service Center at Al-Qairawan branch offers a range of services tailored to customer needs. These include facilitating account opening, updating personal and banking information to ensure uninterrupted banking services, and providing technical support to activate and use the digital banking applications of both KFH Turkey and KFH Egypt.
She added that the center offers ATM card request and delivery for KFH Egypt customers, enabling easy, secure account management and transactions. She emphasized that these centers aim to provide customers in Kuwait a comprehensive, convenient banking experience with maximum speed and flexibility.
Al-Musallam noted that the center serves personal and higher segment customers, reaffirming KFH’s commitment to delivering high-quality, evolving financial products that meet expectations and enhance the banking experience. She added that these centers reflect KFH’s customer-centric approach and its commitment to staying close to customers while effectively addressing their needs.
KFH opened its first Group Service Center at Khaldiya branch in 2023, followed by a second center at Mishref branch last year. The newly opened Al-Qairawan center now serves customers of KFH Turkey and KFH Egypt. The bank is looking to expand this service to other Group markets in the coming period.
