Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has announced the onboarding of Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, into its Rewards Program. This move enhances customer experience and reaffirms the bank`s leadership in providing optimal solutions and exclusive benefits.

KFH Rewards Program allows credit and debit cardholders, including Hesabi and Rewards prepaid cards and other eligible members, to earn points on every purchase. These points can then be redeemed for attractive offers and discounts at over 200 participating merchants and partners. Customers can access these benefits via the KFH Rewards mobile app or the program`s official website (www.rewards.kfh).

The partnership with Gulf Air brings added value to KFH customers. Gulf Air has been operating since 1950, making it one of the earliest airlines established in the Middle East. The airline operates scheduled flights from its hub at Bahrain International Airport to various destinations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Far East; offering travelers an exceptional experience across its network.

KFH encourages customers to use credit and other eligible cards to earn KFH rewards points.  Customers can collect points for each purchase transaction starting with KD 1. The points can later be redeemed for purchases or exchanged for exclusive deals and services through the KFH Rewards app or the program’s official website.

Customers earn 15 points for every KD 1 spent using KFH Rewards Program which consistently offers exclusive promotions with leading partners through bonus points that can be used in purchasing or redeeming options.

The program features a curated network of top-tier international brands across numerous sectors, with over 200 companies currently enrolled. New merchants are continuously being onboarded to expand the rewards redeem options for KFH cardholders.

There are three different card categories with KFH Rewards program. Each category contains exclusive offers customers may avail themselves of. Categories include black, silver, and green tiers. Customers of these tiers may earn points through local and international shops by using all points of sale and online shopping. They may also transfer KFH points to any other member in the program. The points are added automatically within 48 hours after each qualified purchase transaction.

Black and Silver tier cardholders can further enjoy the privilege of transferring their earned points to other renowned loyalty programs, Additionally, they can redeem points for airline tickets, hotel bookings, car rentals, and charitable donations. Members of the KFH Rewards Program can also use their points with participating partners and to refuel at Oula fuel stations.

The program is the outcome of several developments made on KFH cards including design, services, and benefits to encourage customers to further use the cards and benefit from the advantages with enhanced security and convenience. Bank cards continue to be a secure and global payment method, especially for travel. KFH has launched the Oasis Club credit card in collaboration with Kuwait Airways. It includes Oasis Club MasterCard World Elite, which is allocated exclusively to private banking customers, and KFH Oasis Club MasterCard World, which is allocated to Premium and Advance as well as qualified customers.
