In a move that highlights its leadership in offering an exceptional banking experience, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has deployed a team of employees to Turkey to assist customers and facilitate their banking transactions during the summer holiday.
The initiative, which runs from the beginning of July until early September, aims to enhance direct engagement with customers, especially in light of the increasing number of travelers staying in Turkey during the summer, whether for tourism or to oversee investments and real estate.
A team of 10 employees has commenced their work across 10 branches of KFH-Turkey located in 6 key areas: Istanbul, Bursa, Izmit, Sapanca, Kusadasi and Trabzon. The deployed staff have undergone extensive training which encompassed understanding key services offered by KFH-Turkey and acquiring the skills and knowledge needed to provide the best customer service with the highest level of efficiency.
Commenting on this initiative, KFH Deputy General Manager Products, Nehal Al-Musallam, stated that it reflects KFH’s commitment to maintaining a strong presence alongside its customers, reaffirming its role at key customer touchpoints.
She explained that the summer initiative is being carried out through a well-structured plan, which includes the careful selection of qualified staff and their strategic deployment to ensure optimal coverage across all locations.
Al-Musallam added that the outcomes of this initiative and the positive customer engagement in previous years motivated KFH to enhance and expand its scope.
She pointed out that KFH has strengthened these efforts through the KFH-Turkey Service Center at the Khalidiya branch, which enables customers to carry out several KFH-Turkey transactions. These include account opening, app activation, and data updates. Additionally, the newly opened Group Service Center at the Mishref branch serves customers wishing to open accounts with KFH-Turkey and KFH-Egypt.
Al-Musallam further noted that customers can instantly transfer funds to their accounts in Turkey 24/7 without incurring any fees even during public holidays. “This complementary service enhances the flexibility of cross-border transactions and demonstrates the integration of KFH’s digital and services and those offered at its branches,” she remarked.
