In line with its continuous efforts to provide distinguished digital services, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched new digital experience that saves time and effort of its customers.
The new service allows customers to deposit funds using QR Code with easy and fast comprehensive deposit and withdrawal transactions 24/7 without having to visit a branch. The new QR Code cash deposit service complements the withdrawal service which KFH has previously launched using the same QR Code feature.
KFH Manager ATM and KFHGO, Meshal Mohammad Mandani said that the new cash deposit service using QR Code allows KFH customer to deposit funds in the account without using the Civil ID or the bank account card. He added that the customer can complete the deposit in a short time through KFHOnline application and ATMs.
Mandani pointed out that the new service is free of charge and available in all deposit machines located in KFH branches and KFH Go smart branches. The service also offers customers a maximum fund deposit limit of KD 3000 a day and covers customer’s personal accounts.
He explained that KFH customers can use the new feature by following simple steps starting from logging into KFHOnline, selecting “QR Cash Deposit” from Cardless Cash pop-down list and selecting the account to which the funds will be deposited. The customer will then scan the QR code from the nearest KFH ATM machine and complete the required steps using the cardless service option as displayed on the ATM. The funds will be deposited directly into the customer’s account.
As part of KFH's keenness to provide the best banking experience to its customers, Mandani said that the new service satisfies the unique range of services KFH offers for its credit and prepaid cards customers by giving them the benefit of using their cards through ATMs without charges. This feature facilitates banking transactions of customers through utilizing digital transformation and meeting their banking needs through the Bank’s digital channels such as KFHOnline, KFH Go smart branches or KFH ATMs, in addition to “ALLO BAITAK” call service which provides various services for customers in a simple phone call.
He mentioned that among the main features currently offered to credit and prepaid cards customers through KFH ATMs are transferring amounts from debit cards to credit and prepaid cards, requesting a brief statement of account, identifying the available balance, card activation, in addition to resetting the card’s PIN.
It is worth noting that KFH provides a comprehensive package of digital banking services which has affirmed its excellence and leadership in the field. KFH was the first bank in Kuwait to launch smart watches service to execute banking transactions on ATMs. KFH customers are also able to easily conduct their banking transactions online 24/7 by using KFH’s many e-services such as personal financing request, using e-signature through Kuwait Mobile ID for opening bank accounts for new customers, local and international transfers, starting investment plans, opening gold account, selling and buying gold, requesting check books, instant debit card issuance via QR code and checks deposit. Furthermore, customers can view their financial liabilities and pay instalments online, view investment plans, account balances and deposits. They are also able to transfer to KFH-Turkey using RippleNet, and digital portfolio service through smart watches and mobiles that provide smart digital payment methods according to the highest standards of safety and security in cooperation with Samsung, Fitbit, Garmin, as well as KFH Pay and other e-banking services.
Moreover, KFH offers an easy banking experience through "XTM" devices and KFH Go smart branches which are distributed across Kuwait Governorates and Kuwait International Airport. Among the main services available through KFH Go smart branches are instant check book and banking cards issuance, receiving gold biscuits, account opening (Gold, saving, AlRabeh, Self-Service), selling and buying gold, cardless cash withdrawal through the mobile using QR Code, or the civil ID, or the mobile number. Additionally, KFH Go branches enable customers to print IBAN certificate, request commercial transactions “Murabaha”, request credit and prepaid cards, update information, activate banking cards, open deposits and accounts, and many other finance and banking services.
