Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched two new innovative features on its application KFHOnline as part of its ongoing efforts to offer best customer service, while providing seamless advantages to its customers in a truly high-end banking experience and benefits.
The new features are: Outlets, Offers & Services where the ‘Outlets’ enables customers to conveniently brows though their favorite brands by interest & category in a more visual and interactive oriented style, listing all the discounts and offers via KFH cards. Hence the best way to benefit from this feature is to access it prior to login into the app, and simply browse all discounts before making a purchasing decision which would offer the customer the advantage and benefits of saving more.
Moreover, the ‘Offers & Services’ feature delivers the customer a more interactive experience, where they can view the latest weekend offers and monthly promotions presented from KFH. It doesn’t stop there as this section is set up in a way to conveniently present videos of product reviews from multiple brands and the ability to deploy state-of-the-art interactive surveys that can be used to gather insights from customers about their favorite brands, products and even banking services in general.
Furthermore, the updates introduce a way to engage with customers through competitions and can link to various channels of social media making the app even more entertaining.
KFH strives to deliver superior, innovative, comprehensive, safe and simple e-banking service to its customers. The bank has also recently launched a new e-service which allows KFH customer subscribed to KFH’s SMS Baitak notification service to receive Push message-type notifications onto their smartphones. KFH’s e-Banking customers who are also SMS Baitak subscribers will be able to register to – and receive - the Push messages for free via the KFH Online Smartphone app regardless of their location or active SIM card. As the Push messaging feature is now part of the modern smartphone’s programming, customers will always be able to receive their banking Push messages as long as their device is connected to the internet. This means that customers will now no longer require any SIM card to be inserted in their smartphones.
