Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched first-of-its-kind banking eservices on its alternative channels; call center, ATMs, social media, KFH website (kfh.com)and SMS in an effort to reinforce communication with clients while allowing them to complete their transactions round the clock in an easy and secure manner.
Executive Manager, Alternative Channels at (KFH) Meshal Al-Obaid stated in a press release that KFH works tirelessly to meet clients’ requirements and aspirations, which is in line with KFH’s strategy of taking advantage of the technological advancement for the benefit of the bank and clients.
He revealed that KFH implemented for the first time in Kuwait “personal identification” service on call center where a client can log in their personal accounts once entering password without having to enter the 14-digit account number. KFH Also applied “favorite menu” service that allows clients to select the menu they wish to hear.
Moreover, Al-Obaid explained that KFH launched “premium payment” service that allows clients to pay their installments once entering Alo-baitak service without having to talk to any call center agent or visit bank branches. “KFH’s initiative to launch such services stems from its keenness to make its clients special, especially in presence of fierce competition and advanced service providers in the market. KFH will spare no efforts to maintain the pioneering position as the global leading Islamic financial institution” he added.
In terms of “Tamweel online service”, Al-Obaid said that KFH uniquely applied granting “accounts management full access” service for clients through personal activation service. This service allows clients to manage their accounts and complete their transactions without having to visit bank branches. Clients are able to manage their accounts via computers or smart phones thanks to the high-end Android system KFH applied.
Furthermore, KFH has enhanced its network of ATMs that span Kuwait by adopting best practices and latest developments in the infrastructure to achieve further expansion in a systematic way that meets the market’s needs and clients’ aspirations. In addition, KFH is the only bank in Kuwait that has a fleet of 6 (Mobi Baitak) vehicles that offer ATM services for clients in different locations. Mobi BAitak vehicles are subject to flexible schedules to cover various vibrant areas in Kuwait. ATMs comprise various banking services and advantages including opening investment deposits, deposit cheques, cash deposit and withdrawal and obtaining balance inquiries, account statements at any time, deposit of funds and cheques, fund transfer among KFH clients’ accounts and completing several transactions in the best possible manner.
KFH also answers clients’ queries and work out their problems via social media channels not to mention the call center departments dedicated to serve men and women separately.
Al-Obaid affirms that KFH will continue its efforts to render high end services in accordance with highest standards of quality.
