Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Yousef Al-Ali hailed Kuwait Finance House (KFH) for its significant role in the national economy. During honouring KFH on the sideline of the 15th Industrialists’ Conference under the theme of "Foreign Direct investment and its Impact on Gulf Industries" held under the patronage of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-hmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Minister valued KFH’s endeavors to be present at significant economic forums that aim at opening new channels in the GCC countries to strengthen the industrial sector and energize the investment environment in the region.

KFH participated in the conference as a diamond sponsor in recognition of the vital role it represents in fostering industries in the GCC through meeting a galaxy of distinguished experts, officials and those who voice interest in this field in an attempt to discuss and set up mechanisms and means of luring foreign direct investment. This will improve the industry and promote the GCC to be a remarkable industrial pillar regionally and globally.

It is worth noting that the conference was organized by Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC), in conjunction with Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Public Authority for Industry, Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority, Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, The Industrial Bank of Kuwait, Kuwaiti Industries Union, in coordination with the Secretariat-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Federation of GCC Chambers.
