Onder Ergin, General Manager of İskan, a 100% Turkapital Holding shareholder that is fully owned by Kuwait Finance House (KFH), said that Iskan Company will provide, during its participation in the Kuwait Turkish Real Estate Forum that will be held on April 28th and 29th at Sheraton Hotel, a significant array of real estate services that grant a significant opportunity to Turkish real estate seekers.

Ergin added that Iskan will demonstrate some splendid and new residential projects in Turkey to visitors and Turkish real estate owners. It will provide consultancy services in special prices for one year to clients.

He went on to say that Iskan took this initiative in light of the huge turnout from the gulf region to Turkish real estates and the extreme trust the company gains from clients since it is a subsidiary of KFH and due to the presence of KFH-Turkey in Turkey.

Moreover, the company will provide translation service to the forum visitors in an attempt to ease communications, clarify visitors’ inquiries and answer their questions. The forum is a platform that focuses on offering real-estate projects and managing them where 16 Turkish projects will be demonstrated to widens clients’’ choices.

In addition, Ergin highlighted the importance of the forum as it reinforces the mutual relationships between Turky and Kuwait, not to mention it enhances cooperation and partnership between the two countries, noting that Iskan presence in the forum is extremely positive.
