Chief Retail Banking Officer at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Mohammed Al-Fouzan revealed that KFH has launched a full-fledged promotion campaign for banking and financing services that targets exclusive client segments. This promotion campaign meets the requirements of clients in various services and products, and reflects the positive effect of the recent restructuring changes that occurred to KFH’s banking and financing services. He added that the ad campaign includes a series of ads in all visual, audio, and electronic means, and explained that those ads primarily target Awlaweyya, Tamayyuz, Robban, and Sundus client segments, since they have several requirements. He went on to say that KFH managed to establish a complete system of banking and financing services and products that meet the demands of those segments through world-class services, accuracy, and safety. Banking branches will also offer clients privileges and discounts that suit every segment.
Moreover, Al-Fouzan mentioned that the campaign will trigger new inclinations in sales, marketing and services that focus on the method followed in offering services for client segments in a unique method; especially Tamayyuz clients. He asserted that all banking branches will offer a full bouquet of banking and financing services swiftly and accurately to save time and effort. He noted that the campaign will end in mid-March, and includes awareness ads that introduce the specifications and advantages of every banking and financing product and service, not to mention exclusive offers, whether in internal offers made by KFH on banking cards, cars, and financial services; or external offers that KFH offers its clients through its extensive network of relationships with numerous agents, suppliers and dealers. Such services boost the national economy and meets the requirements of clients, in addition to maintaining a robust market where services and items are offered to clients.
Al-Fouzan stressed that the recent structural changes that occurred to KFH’s bouquet of banking and financing services and products will lead to positive results that will be noticed by clients during the coming period. He stated that such positive changes were made by the relentless efforts of KFH’s employees, and the usage of advanced technology in making the campaign successful.
Furthermore, Al-Fouzan concluded that this campaign will be followed by other campaigns that target various client segments to offer them privileges and promotions that suit them. In addition, direct and indirect means of communication will be used with clients to see their reaction concerning KFH’s marketing campaigns, whether through direct interviews between employees and clients, or through phone service and various social network sites.
