Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Group Chief Corporate Banking Officer, Yousef Almutawa, announced the launch of an enhanced version of KFH's corporate e-banking services. This milestone accelerates KFH’s digital transformation and reaffirms its leadership in providing integrated solutions that help corporates manage their operations with greater efficiency.
Almutawa said that the new version reshapes the banking experience for corporate customers, making it smarter, faster, and more secure. By leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs, the updated platform delivers a comprehensive digital experience that supports business growth and highlights trust.
He noted that the new version plays a pivotal role in elevating how corporate customers interact with KFH. It introduces unprecedented enhancements that leverage digitalization and modern technology across all corporate activities and market relationships in Kuwait.

Group General Manager Corporate Control and Transformation at KFH, Mohamed Shouman, said that the launch of the enhanced version of the corporate online banking services and the smart mobile application represents an exceptional banking experience offered to KFH corporate customers. He noted that this achievement was made by integrating the latest technologies according to the highest security standards to manage financial operations in a modern manner and by using tools that promote sustainability.
The new update minimizes paper-based transactions by enabling online request submissions, thereby supporting sustainability objectives and environmental preservation. It also delivers improved administrative and operational performance, along with faster turnaround times through a modern digital interface.
He added that the new version and application provide corporates with a wide range of new features and services, including a modern and user-friendly interface with easy navigation, a single user with full authorities to facilitate account management, Zahab payment service, supplier services, the issuance of IBAN certificates with QR code, enhanced One-Time Password (OTP) authentication, access to detailed information on credit limits and deals, the ability to request credit limits and deals, online updating of data, as well as smarter and more interactive notifications and alerts.
Shouman further noted that KFH corporate customers are now able to access the new version through the Bank’s official website, or by downloading the KFH Corporate application through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. “This major development is part of a solid and long-standing partnership between KFH and its corporate partners,” remarked Shouman.
