As part of its ongoing efforts to offer a distinctive customer service, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) said that a team from KFH visited KFH-Turkey branches to serve customers and facilitate their banking experience during the summer holiday.

The team comprises professional employees at KFH branches level who have been delegated to 9 branches of KFH- Turkey, a subsidiary of KFH having 2 branches in Bursa and 7 branches in Istanbul. The team has undergone an extensive course at KFH- Turkey operations center before starting their mission. They have been introduced to the products and services provided by the bank to customers in Turkey and they will continue working till mid-September.

This step was taken in response to the demands of KFH customers, who frequently visit Turkey during travel seasons, to open banking accounts and enjoy the many services and benefits offered by KFH-Turkey, especially for those who continuously deal with the bank and who have properties or business there such as banking or financial transactions.  

Acting Deputy General Manager Products at KFH, Nehal AlMusallam said that assigning KFH employees to work in Turkey is an unprecedented step in providing the best banking experience for KFH and KFH-Turkey customers.

AlMusallam emphasized that KFH always seeks to provide new services to its valuable customers and facilitate all their financial transactions locally and internationally. Accordingly, this team of highly distinguished employees was assigned and delegated to Turkey for a period of 2 months.

She stated that this initiative is the outcome of a combined effort and significant collaboration between the Group HR department, Retail Banking and Private Banking Departments at KFH-Kuwait, resulting in a detailed project in which certain employees were selected and trained. Moreover, a comprehensive action plan was developed to provide a high-quality banking service.

AlMusallam noted that KFH customers from certain categories are able to open an account with KFH-Turkey from Kuwait and obtain all available services including free online banking transfers from KFH-Kuwait to KFH -Turkey’s beneficiary account without SWIFT fees, no minimum account fees, in addition to managing invoices and any other payments in Turkey easily through KFH online banking services, among other offerings for customers travelling frequently to Turkey, or investing, or owning a business in the country.
