Kuwait Finance House (KFH) launched a campaign for the product of construction materials and works for citizens holding residential plots in Al-Mutlaa Residential City and other areas, under the title “Financing your house in Al-Mutlaa from KFH". The campaign provides all the customers' needs to build a lifetime home in Al-Mutlaa city and "South Abdullah Al-Mubarak" and all private housing plots, in the best way with the easiest services. The service starts from the first design stage until the final receipt with a variety of financing solutions compatible with Islamic Sharia and in cooperation with a group of the best and largest companies specialized in the field of construction and real estate development. This will bring customers comfort, reassurance and confidence with an integrated service for all stages of construction from starting the design until the final stage.

Group Chief Retail and Private Banking Officer at KFH Waleed Khaled Mandani said that the first installment payment will be due 12 months after the contract, while the maximum financing limit reaches KD 70,000, and the credit period is up to 15 years with the customer enjoying the possibility of delaying the installment and the opportunity to re-arrange the debt in the future.

Mandani stated that the campaign comes in collaboration with 16 companies from the elite of specialized companies at the market level, and is presented in service delivery centers which are all KFH branches, in addition to Al-Ruwad and Al Tamayoz branches (Al-Qasr, Andalous, Adailiya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Mubarak Al-Abdullah, Al-Sabahiya, Zahraa, Fintas). The campaign also includes the "Allstisnaa" product, which allows the customer to receive the house turnkey according to the specifications and requirements he set for building and finishing, with periodic follow-up of all stages of construction until work is completed in an optimal manner according to the customer`s aspirations and needs.

Mandani added that, in order to provide added value to customers, KFH has contracted with (Al-Mustashar) Building Company to provide educational and introductory courses to customers by registering in a link on the KFH website. Customers receive intensive online courses in many matters related to building and finishing, in addition to presenting the methods and steps for obtaining licenses and following up on implementation, means and conditions of contracting and cooperation with contractors.
