In the event that a customer wishes to cancel or not renew their credit card subscription, please visit the nearest branch.
What you need to know before card cancellation:
- Before proceeding with the credit card cancellation, please ensure there is no outstanding balance or pending purchase transactions, and that all applicable fees and obligations have been fully settled without any delinquency.
- The cancellation request must be submitted at least sixty (60) days prior to the card expiry date through a KFH branch.
- The cardholder shall remain liable for all obligations arising from the use of the card until all such obligations are fully settled and the card account is closed, or after a period of not less than sixty (60) days from the date the card is cancelled and returned, whichever occurs later.
- Card cancellation fees may differ from issuance fees, depending on the offer agreed upon at the time of issuance.
- Cancellation of the primary card will result in the cancellation of all associated supplementary cards.
