You can easily postpone your installments through our E-Banking channels around the clock

“These requests are subject to the instructions and laws of the regulatory authorities”

  • Login to KFHOnline and select “Finance Services” menu then choose “Postpone Installments” service
  • Choose desired invoice and click “Postpone Installment”
  • Choose from the list postpone 6 months, then press “Submit”
  • Verify your mobile and click “Send” to receive OTP
  • Enter received OTP and click “Activate”
  • The Postpone Installment request will be submitted, and we will update you shortly with the request status via SMS

 

  • Touch ATM screen and choose “Cardless Transactions”
  • Choose “Postpone Installments”
  • Enter your Civil ID in the ATM
  • Verify your mobile and click “Send” to receive OTP
  • Enter received OTP and click “Activate”
  • All invoices will be displayed click “YES” if you wish to postpone all your commercial deals installments for 6 months
  • The Postpone Installment request will be submitted, and we will update you shortly with the request status via SMS

 

  • Call 1803333 and choose for KFH customers press 1
  • For Installments Postponement and Banking services press 1
  • Enter your 14 digits account number and 4 digits PIN CODE
  • Installments postponement service will be played after account balance to apply press 1
  • The Installments postponement request will be submitted, and we will update you shortly with the request status via SMS
