- Login to KFHOnline and select “Finance Services” menu then choose “Postpone Installments” service
- Choose desired invoice and click “Postpone Installment”
- Choose from the list postpone 6 months, then press “Submit”
- Verify your mobile and click “Send” to receive OTP
- Enter received OTP and click “Activate”
- The Postpone Installment request will be submitted, and we will update you shortly with the request status via SMS
- Touch ATM screen and choose “Cardless Transactions”
- Choose “Postpone Installments”
- Enter your Civil ID in the ATM
- Verify your mobile and click “Send” to receive OTP
- Enter received OTP and click “Activate”
- All invoices will be displayed click “YES” if you wish to postpone all your commercial deals installments for 6 months
- The Postpone Installment request will be submitted, and we will update you shortly with the request status via SMS
- Call 1803333 and choose for KFH customers press 1
- For Installments Postponement and Banking services press 1
- Enter your 14 digits account number and 4 digits PIN CODE
- Installments postponement service will be played after account balance to apply press 1
