Clients can choose to pay the first installment after 12 months for housing financing and 6 months for consumer financing.

2.KFH PASS installment postponement period every year:

Clients can postpone (take a break from) an installment once every year throughout the indebtedness period, with the condition of opting for the service before signing the contract.

3.Availability for clients of other banks:

Non KFH clients can benefit from the features of our personal finance offers without the requirement of salary transfer.

4.Up to 95,000 KD financing:

Clients can obtain financing according to the maximum limits for personal financing (70,000KD for housing financing and 25,000KD for consumer financing.)

5.Engineering consultancy:

For financing clients willing to build a dream home, engineering consulting services are available with specialists to provide free advice to (Istisnaa contract) clients.

6. The Client can finance green products from KFH and benefit from offers with suppliers. We also provide the possibility of dealing with suppliers from local markets chosen by client.
