No, it is available for both KFH and non-KFH customers.
- What is the minimum age to apply for the card?
The minimum age is 15 years.
- Which currencies are available?

- Can a customer have more than one Foreign Currency Card?
Yes, a customer may hold one card per currency.
- Can I reload the card in EUR after spending the USD balance?
No, each card supports one currency only.
- What is the card’s spending limit?
The spending limit is equal to the amount loaded on the card.
- What is the minimum loading amount?
KD 25 (initial load).
- What is the maximum loading amount?
- For KFH customers: KD 30,000 across all prepaid card types.
- For non-KFH customers: KD 10,000 across all prepaid card types.
- What is the card's validity period?
Three years, renewable.
- Can the card be used in other currencies?
Yes, but a 2.5% markup fee applies to transactions made in currencies other than the card’s loaded currency.
- Can I reload the card from a foreign currency account, such as a USD account?
No, the card can only be reloaded from a Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) account.
- Where can the card be used?
It can be used internationally and locally for online shopping, in-store (POS) purchases, and ATM cash withdrawals.
