Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has announced the launch of the Digital Consent Service for Credit Inquiry in collaboration with Credit Information Network Company (CiNet). The service is available for consumer and housing finance customers through the Kuwait Mobile ID app, underscoring KFH’s efforts to develop digital services and promote operational efficiency.
The newly introduced service enables customers to provide digital consent for credit inquiries. By eliminating the need for paper-based documentation, this initiative streamlines operations and aligns with the State`s orientation towards digital transformation.
Executive Manager Personal Finance Products at KFH, Abdulaziz Alsaeed, stated that the launch of this service aligns with the Bank’s strategy to deliver advanced digital banking solutions that enhance customer experience while increasing the speed and flexibility of transactions.
He explained that customers are now able to complete the consent process securely and seamlessly through the Kuwait Mobile ID app, without requiring a physical signature. This shift positively impacts processing times and improves the efficiency of transactions.
Alsaeed noted that the digital consent option complements the existing paper-based process, offering customers greater flexibility. He reaffirmed KFH’s commitment to continuously enhancing digital services in line with leading banking practices.
He added that the service represents significant progress in supporting digital transactions and environmental sustainability by reducing paper usage and leveraging modern technological solutions.
