Following the success of the Group Service Center at Mishref branch, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced adding services of KFH- Egypt in the Group Service Center at Khaldiya branch. The Bank is also planning to open new centers in light of the remarkable demand from customers to benefit from the wide range of services offered to both existing and prospective customers of KFH -Turkey and KFH -Egypt. The two centers serve as an integrated gateway for the Group’s services.
In pursuit of comprehensive performance, KFH launched the Group Service Center at Khaldiya branch in 2023, and Mishref branch last year, catering to customers of KFH-Turkey and KFH-Egypt. The centers provide a number of services tailored to customers through an integrated banking experience, with plans to eventually cover the remaining Group subsidiaries` markets.
Today, both centers offer a variety of services catering to customers’ needs. These include hassle-free new account opening, straightforward updates to personal and banking information for continuous service and dedicated technical support for activating and using the mobile banking apps of KFH-Turkey and KFH-Egypt. Additionally, the centers facilitate secure transaction management and the request and delivery of ATM cards for KFH-Egypt account holders, enabling customers to access their accounts and conduct their transactions easily and securely. The objective of KFH Group Service Center is to serve customers in a convenient, comprehensive, fast, and flexible manner inside Kuwait.
The centers cater specifically to customers in the personal banking tier and above, underscoring KFH`s continuous effort to provide excellent services, that meet customer expectations, enhance their banking experience and keep up with current banking products and services. Ultimately, this will bring the Bank closer to its customers, enabling it to offer direct support and immediate responses with top-quality banking services.
