Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has participated in the Kuwait Public Relations Award exhibition, which was held at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre. The event was attended by His Excellency the Governor of the Capital Governorate Sheikh Talal Al-Sabah, representing HH the Amir of the country, Chairman of Kuwait Public Relations Association Jamal Al-Nasrullah, in addition to a group of leaders, employees and public relations professionals.
KFH's participation in the Kuwait Public Relations and Customer Service Award in its fourth edition, which is under the patronage of HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, as an affirmation of the bank’s interest in the field of public relations and customer service. Additionally, it reflects the importance of communicating with the community in such important meetings and events and is a continuous cooperation with the Kuwait Public Relations Association, which organizes the award.
KFH's booth in the exhibition attracted many visitors who expressed their appreciation and admiration for KFH's contributions and clear role in social responsibility and community service.
Kuwait Public Relations Association designates the award, which will be launched in January 2020, to highlight the efforts of companies and institutions in the areas of public relations and customer service in public and private sectors in Kuwait. The award is accompanied by a series of workshops targeting Public relations and customer service employees in ministries, agencies, private companies, etc., which focus on many relevant areas such as the success of social responsibility campaigns, awareness campaign foundations, practical skills in communication program planning, basics of excellence in Customer service and the role of customer service in building a mental image.
The awarding panel, made up of a group of local and international experts in the areas of public relations and customer service, will evaluate a group of leading companies in Kuwait. The evaluation will be based on the highest international standards, which include focusing on customer service, meeting customer requirements and engagements, active social and media activity.
KFH has participated in previous editions of the award and has won some of them.
