Your rights during your leasing contract period:

• Usage of the leased vehicle as it shown in article No. 6 in your the leasing contract.
• Leased vehicle are insured with a comprehensive insurance to cover all kind of accidents – god forbid – except unknown listed accident.
• Free maintenance in the local agency for your leased vehicle brand  according to article No. 15 in your the leasing contract.
• Suitable substitute vehicle once your leased car are goes for maintenance for more than 24 hours or in case of accidents – god forbid – and this doesn’t mean to have the same type or model or make of your leased car.
• Around the clock road assist.

Your obligations during your leasing contract period:

• Maintain the leased vehicle by the proper usage.
• Paying the monthly leasing installments as it dated in the contract.
• Follow the maintenance schedule for your leased vehicle.
• Repairs and  replacing any part of the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Excessive usage over the limited kilometers are faced with penalties of mentioned in article No. 6   in your the leasing contract.
• To avoid penalties for the delay of returning the leased vehicle kindly follow the expired date mentioned in your the leasing contract.
• In case of unknown listed accident you are obligated to pay 25% from the repairs value or the value of the vehicle itself.
