  • Ministry of Commerce and Industry License (Valid) or Smart License.
  • Commercial Registration Endorsement Form in case there is a discrepancy between the Bank system and the new extract.
  • Recent Extract (within one month) from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (excluding professional and craft licenses).
  • Official Approved Identification (Civil ID or Passport for Non-Residents) for each of (the Owner, Partners, General Manager and Authorized Signatories, and for Shareholding Companies (Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Board Members and Authorized Signatories)) and in case the Owner or the Partner is a Legal Entity, a License issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Valid) should be requested along with a Recent Extract (within one month) from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
  • With respect to Professional and Craft Licenses, a Certificate from the Licensing Authority confirming the validity of the License should be submitted.
  • Recent Beneficial Owner Certificate (Extract from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry).
  • Public Authority for Civil Information Certificate in the name of the Entity (in case the Entity’s Civil Number is not available in the License/Extract).
  • Certificate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry indicating the Authorized Persons (Shareholding Companies only).
  • Shareholders Register (Major Shareholders) for Shareholding Companies.
  • Annual Financial Statements for the latest year.
