- The service is provided 24/7 regardless branch opening hours.
- The service is provided through AlShamel ATM machines which are distributed in most of our branches, please refer to our website KFH.com.
- No waiting queues in the branches.
- Only Cash/Cheque deposit services are available in the card (all account balance inquiries and withdrawal services are unavailable).
- Cash transactions will be deposited on spot. As for Cheques will be deposited on the same business day or next business day.
- Issuing the first card for free, and in case of loss, damage, or request for an additional card, the related fees will be deducted.
- The company can issue more than one card if needed.
- Courier card can be issued for current, saving and 'Wakala' investment accounts.
- Saving more time and efforts for the company’s representative (Mandoob).
- Receipts will be printed from the ATM for every transaction.
- AlShamel ATM machine can accept up to 80 notes per transaction regardless the amount (the machine only accept 1, 5, 10, 20 KD).
- Courier card can be issued for corporate and individual clients.
- If you wish to issue the Courier’s card please fill in the attached application, add the name of the Courier who will receive the card along with the authorized signatory, in addition to civil ID copy of the authorized signatory and the Courier and deliver it to our corporate banking branches, to view the corporate banking branches click here.
- Courier card can be ordered/issued in all KFH branches as long as the authorized signatory of the company is attend or the account owner for individual clients attend.
- Courier Card can be received/collected through the branch by the courier of the company which has been mentioned in the Official issuing request by keeping a copy of the Official issuing request along with the official Civil ID.
- The authorized director of the company or the authorized signatory of the account can receive/collect the courier card through personal attendance along with the original Civil ID.
