The automated service work through “Allo Baitak”, in both Arabic and English languages, enabling you to conduct some of your banking, commercial and real estate transactions over the telephone by using voice commands.
The new service can easily distinguish languages and accents, and offers the ultimate flexibility to simply move between the lists of offered services by only giving voice commands and without using the telephone keypad,
Enabling you to access the required vital data quickly.
The following are some of the services available via Sawtak:
- Listen to your account balance or credit card
- Listen to the last 6 transactions of your accounts or cards
- Transfer funds between your accounts
- Report your cards lost or stolen
- Request detailed statements of your accounts or cards by Fax
- Inquire about Real Estate or Trading liabilities
- Settle utility bills or transfer funds to charities
