When you open an account with us, you get an ATM Card absolutely FREE. It allows you the following benefits:
24-hour access to cash
You can withdraw up to KD 2,000/- per day on your ATM Card.
Balance inquiry
Your updated balance will appear on the screen and will also be printed on the transaction slip.
Mini-statement request
Get details of the last 6 transactions on your account with the mini-statement, along with your balance.
Cheque book request
Send us a request for a cheque book or account statement and it will arrive at your doorstep.
Funds transfer
Transfer money from one of your accounts to another. It's easy. Select the account from which you want to transfer, then indicate the amount and the account to which you want it to be transferred. Both accounts must be linked to your ATM Card and Customer ID.
PIN change
You can conveniently change your PIN (given at the time of opening your account) whenever you wish. Stay totally in control and ensure complete security for your ATM Card.
Anytime Cash/ Cheque deposit
Now you do not need to stand in a queue. We have installed Cash and cheque deposit machine, initially at our Head Office branch and subsequently more such machines will be installed in all the major branches in the country. Your cash or cheque can be deposited into your account at any time of the day, at your convenience. ATM will immediately print a receipt and also a photo copy of the cheque, if deposited.
