What is Takaful ?
Takaful is an Islamic alternative to traditional insurance.It is a system of mutual cooperation for financial assistance and protection based upon the Qur’anic principles of “Ta’awuni, or mutual assistance.”
The primary objective in establishing a Takaful operation is to assist members in dire situations or in times of need. It is based on the principle of group of people pooling money together and agreeing to help participants of the pool in cases of need or loss.
It is an insurance system through which the participants donate part or all of their contributions, which are used to pay claims for damages suffered by some of the participants.
Family Protection
The Family Protection Takaful Plan is a comprehensive Takaful plan that covers a person and his / her family for the financial losses in the event of an accident.
Loss of Life due to an Accident
the cover amount will be paid to the family
Total and Permanent Disability due to Accident
the loss will be compensated by paying the cover amount
Accident Medical Expense Reimbursement
Actual expenses will be reimbursed
the covers could be taken as an individual or for all family members

Conditions
- Family cover for spouse will be same as Participant
- Family Cover for children will be only 10% of the participant’ cover
- Accidental Medical expenses will be same for all
- Age limit 18 to 65 years (Participant and Spouse)
- Children from 6months to 19years (up to 23 years if full time student)
- Worldwide cover
