Customer Complaints

Kuwait Finance House always seeks to provide the best services for its customers and places it at the forefront of his priorities to promote the values of loyalty and constant communication, in this sense we have established A Customer Complaints Unit to handle complaints, dealing with them and respond to our customers as soon as possible.

In case of any complaints, kindly submit it in one of the following channels:

  • Personally visiting the Customer Complaints Unit at Baitik Tower 5th floor during the official working hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  • Filling out the customer complaint form below and e-mail it to: complaint@kfh.com
  • Filling out the form and mail it to the following address: Baitik Tower 5th floor – P.O. Box: 24989 Safat 13110, Kuwait.
