Kuwait Finance House always seeks to provide the best services for its customers and places it at the forefront of his priorities to promote the values of loyalty and constant communication, in this sense we have established A Customer Complaints Unit to handle complaints, dealing with them and respond to our customers as soon as possible.
In case of any complaints, kindly submit it in one of the following channels:
- Personally visiting the Customer Complaints Unit at Baitik Tower 13th floor during the official working hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Filling out the customer complaint form below and e-mail it to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Filling out the form and mail it to the following address: Baitik Tower 13th floor – P.O. Box: 24989 Safat 13110, Kuwait.
- Complaints Unit will respond to the complaint within 30 business days from the date of receiving the complaint.
- Highly requested to complete all required information in the form including the authorized signature with KFH whether the complaint delivered personally, by mail or e-mail.
- Kuwait Finance House will not consider the complaint or respond to it unless filling the attached complaint Form.
