In case of any complaints, kindly submit it in one of the following channels:
- Personally visiting the Customer Complaints Unit at Baitik Tower 5th floor during the official working hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Filling out the customer complaint form below and e-mail it to: complaint@kfh.com
